Description
Medium is our most popular sauce. In flavour, Medium is rich, smooth and carries a gentle hint of vinegar. Heat-wise it’s a mild sauce, but we’ve heard a story from one of our employees about his first day at Siipiweikot, when he tasted Medium for the first time and his eyes watered from the heat. So it’s not quite milk-level stuff, but generally speaking we still can’t really call it a spicy sauce. Medium was originally designed as a wing sauce, but it can also be used for things like salads or macaroni casserole – the range really goes from one end to the other. Only your own imagination is the limit with this one!
