Description
XX-Hot is the second spiciest sauce from Siipiweikot, sitting nicely between X-Hot and Kamikaze. In flavour, XX-Hot is very close to X-Hot – the vinegar and salt are very much present – but the heat takes just a small step up. So no radical change, but enough extra kick that X-Hot fans will notice the difference. XX-Hot is made for those for whom X-Hot just isn’t quite enough anymore, but Kamikaze is still a bit too much. This sauce has found its own fan base right in that sweet spot in between. Once you choose this path, going back to X-Hot doesn’t really feel the same anymore.
Shelf life approx. 6 months.
