Kamikaze, the wind of the gods, brings with it a guaranteed kick. Rumour has it that Kamikaze hides a deliciously fruity and juicy flavour in there somewhere. For most people, though, it’s just a damn spicy sauce, and when asked about the taste, their mouth is usually already full of milk. To be fair, plenty of people can manage one wing with Kamikaze. This isn’t the spiciest wing sauce in the world. The treachery of Kamikaze lies in the way the heat builds up… The second wing already burns a bit more, and by the tenth wing at the latest, most people are waving the white flag. Still, there’s a small group of people who refuse to eat their wings with anything other than Kamikaze. They might polish off 16 wings with Kamikaze without so much as flinching.
