Hot Garlic is very close to Hot sauce in flavour, heat level and texture, but with a little something extra in the mix. The keenest noses and palates may catch a very gentle aroma and taste of garlic in the sauce. On top of that, the overall flavour profile differs slightly from Hot. We recommend Hot Garlic – along with Sweet BBQ – to people who don’t really enjoy the taste of vinegar in their wing sauce. There’s some vinegar in there, but plenty of other things going on too. Hot Garlic is also a fairly new addition to our sauce range. That said, we’ve heard from customers that Hot Garlic is practically a sauce for everything (sausages, macaroni casserole, salads, you name it). Plenty of suggestions have come our way over time, the latest tip being to try Hot Garlic with vendace. Not a bad option either!
