Description
Hot is rich and smooth in flavour, with the hint of vinegar coming through a little stronger. The heat also steps up compared to Medium. When Medium starts to feel like an everyday spread on your bread, it might be time to move on to Hot. We absolutely can’t call this a burning-hot sauce, but a little bit of heat does start to creep in. Siipiweikot’s orange brand colour actually comes from the colour of Hot sauce. Hot has also found its own loyal fan base. The saying “Once you go Hot, there’s no turning back” describes this group pretty well. It’s hard to scale back down from here! Either you stay at this heat level, or the boldest souls continue their journey toward the next peak. Hot works as is on top of rye bread, or apparently even on morning porridge – though we can’t really recommend the latter without testing it ourselves.
